Conveniently located only 10 minutes walk from the San Antonio Riverwalk, the Alamodome is perfectly situated for any event or function. Opened in 1993, it was home to the San Antonio Spurs until the construction of the AT&T Center. However it still serves as a venue for many sporting events, such as the NCAA FinalFour Basketball Tournament, Alamo Bowl College Football, and recently the Mexico vs Dominica soccer match which was a resounding success.
